Dr. Joe Tiller is a licensed psychologist and has been providing school psychology services for both Commerce City Schools and Jefferson City Schools for the past 29 years.  He has recently retired from both school systems, but continues to provide consultative services as needed.  Dr. Tiller has worked in the field of psychology for a total of 39 years.  In addition to his years in Commerce and Jefferson, he worked 10 years in South Carolina. He served two years in the US Army, assigned to the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam.  He has been married for 37 years to Rese Tiller and he has two adult children.  He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Commerce and enjoys the hobbies of amateur radio, Aikido (martial art), playing the drums and reading military history.





Al McLeod was born in Pennsylvania but spent most of his formative years in Hopewell, Virginia, where he attended Hopewell High School, participating in art, band, chorus, track and tennis. Graduating in 1969, Mr. McLeod traveled to Georgia to attend Berry College. Majoring in art, Mr. McLeod also began to pursue a lifelong passion for music. To date, he has played hundreds of venues and has appeared numerous times on television and radio.

After graduating from Berry, Mr. McLeod worked in various capacities (salesman, picture framer, carpet factory employee, etc.) before returning to school to get his teaching credentials at UGA. Eventually receiving his Masters Degree in education from UGA, he taught in public schools all around Georgia before coming to Jefferson. He is currently in his nineteenth year at Jefferson, the last eleven of which have been in Jefferson High School. At JHS duties have included teaching academic subjects ranging from government to video news broadcasting, sponsoring a student newspaper and photography club, and working as the JCS webmaster.

Al has also worked with Special Needs children all across Georgia since 1975 (Rome, Savanna, Macon, Jefferson …).



Robert House entered the University of Georgia with a Gymnastics scholarship and went on to win NCAA gold and silver medals. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1986 with a BS in Computer Science. He worked for AT&T Credit Corporation for 3 years while they put him through MBA classes in Corporate Finance. He dramatically changed the direction of his life from the corporate world to Education and Leadership Development by leaving AT&T and moving to Japan where he studied Martial Arts and taught English as a second language for 7 years. He is the founder of Opera House Enterprises, Inc. (founded 9/2001), public speaker and renovator of historic buildings.
